Securities Supervision Law - Disclosure after Trading

According the Securities Supervision Law, credit institutions have to publish all transactions of shares - on their own account or for the account of customers - if the shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, and are now traded outside a regulated market or a multi-trading facility (MTF).
