If you want to describe the NDR Active Allocation Kathrein Fund in a few words, innovative and forward-looking clearly apply. The multi-asset asset management fund convinces with its innovative and forward-looking concept and is dynamically managed by Kathrein Privatbank in cooperation with the well-known US analyst house Ned Davis Research (NDR). The NDR Active Allocation is the first and so far only fund in Europe authorized to use the brand name "NDR" and is based on the research results of NDR. Based on data from Ned Davis Research, which is incorporated into Kathrein Privatbank's models, the NDR Active Allocation Kathrein Fund actively manages the equity, bond and cash quotas. Depending on the market situation, the equity quota can range from 0 to 100 percent. The fund's "Global Balanced Account Model" is used to manage the tactical equity/bond and bond/cash ratios. The tactical overweighting or underweighting of the seven equity regions is controlled by the so-called "Global Regional Equity Model". The perfect symbiosis of a wealth of data and the processing models results in a detailed forecast quality with a high hit rate, especially in phases of market upheaval. This is a successful concept that is in high demand from institutional investors and family offices as well as private clients.
