Josef Stadler

Since March 1999, Josef Stadler has been fund manager of Kathrein, focussing on European and US shares. He specialized on implementing quantitative models for selecting shares.
After his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Josef Stadler started his career as an equity research analyst for Österreichische Volksbanken AG. Having terminated his training to be certified financial analyst, he joined the portfolio management team of Constantia Privatbank AG.
In 2008, the British financial industry service "Citywire”, ranked Josef Stadler number two of the best fund managers for his management of the Kathrein European Equity. He won this award against 131 competitors.
